Service Description

Interested in completing a program that is customized to YOUR GOALS and YOUR Fitness Level.  I work privately with you, we go through a workout customized to your goals, at your pace.  In a studio that is convenient for you, NO GYM MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED. Don't let time or motivation to commute to a gym be an issue, I will be at your doorstep.
